Working in business, the non-profit world, and faith-based ministry, I have seen the good as well as the improvable!
I am passionate about every person being equipped to fulfill their unique potential, becoming a healthy leader of others in the process.
I've been married to Jane for over 30 years, so we know a thing or two about marriage too, and we live in Conway, SC.
